My business partner and I have been busy looking around for something that we would like to buy in to so we have been doing lots of research on the markets around the country. It seems that the rotorua accommodation industry is going pretty well at the moment, due mostly to the fact the airport has been upgraded to take international flights, well, that’s what I think anyway. So we are now looking quite seriously at the possibility of purchasing a place there. A mutual friend of ours is a tour operator down there so we figure we can start up some dealings with him.
