    How We Prepared for Our First Mortgage Loan Payment

    After dating for six years, I married the man of my dreams. We lived in a low-rent apartment together for a year. Finally, everything was in order for the hunt for our first home. We got our credit scores up to where we wanted them to be. We saved about twenty percent of what we expected to pay to serve as a down payment. We calculated our monthly mortgage loan payment with various mortgage calculators online. The only thing left to do was to find the home! We looked online for various homes for sale in our price range. It was time to check them out!
