Perhaps we could learn a thing or two from early man?

Perhaps we could learn a thing or two from early man: Back in ancient times, our ancestors would eat only out of necessity, and they would only eat simple, unprocessed, natural, whole foods. Although poor sanitation and diseases were more prevalent back then, mankind did not suffer from obesity, the likes of which has become all too widespread and common in our modern civilization today. We suffer from obesity today because food is no longer a scarce resource. In fact, our farms produce excess food and our restaurants cook excess food. And we eat excess food, far above and beyond what our bodies need, because food is so abundant. We don’t have to ration our food.  For weight loss go to Home Exercise Equipment for help and details.
