    It’s the Last Day of School

    Today is the last day of school in our town. That means that tomorrow is the day that the new sports complex is going to open. The land was donated by a local man who said that his grandchildren often complained that there was nothing to do in the town. Donations from individuals and businesses helped to get things ready and will defray the operating costs. There was even a business that donated a hydromulcher. That has come in handy because there are a lot of outdoor fields. My husband is the one who is in charge of the project and will continue to run it.
