Helping People Get Money Back from Mis Sold PPI

I work in a claims office, and I spend my days listening to the problems of people who feel they have been taken advantage of. Sometimes, as with cases of mis sold PPI, they do have a legitimate grievance. I help them sort through the paperwork, review what actually happened, and decide if they have a recourse. I like my job because I really get to make a difference, sometimes. If people will reach out for help when they realize they have been mistreated, I can assist them to get at least some of their money back. I wish sales people would be a little more ethical and informed in these matters.
