You are doubtless aware about the nlp coaching system of identifying somebody’s's communication style by watching the movement of their eyes and by listening for patterns in their speech. this doesn’t tell you the whole story. There are essentially 4 character types which we are going to identify using the colours : Red, Green, Blue and Gold. Reds are direct and are extraordinarily analytical, they’re fast paced and enjoy being in control or to work alone. They’re probably going to rise to a challenge and work best under pressure and their humorous character is probably going to be spiteful. Greens are analytical like Reds but are way more indirect, slow and systematic. They’re more task orientated and like structure and precision.
