Moving to a city and getting a car insurance

I actually learned to drive years ago, I took lessons, around 40 in total, but as I was about to take my actual test I ended up being promoted at work and moving to a city where they had really good public transport, so I thought it was pointless to pay-out for a test, then buy a car and tax, etc. So I just left it for a few years. Now though, Iíve moved back home and I started lessons again, I only needed a couple of refreshers, and then I took my test and passed, so now itís car insurance time. Iíve just purchased a great policy for car insurance for new drivers. I canít wait to finally get on the road.
