    Have You Compared Nutrisystem vs Medifast?

    My wife would love to lose some of the baby fat she acquired after giving birth to our twins but was having trouble finding one to fit her needs. It has finally come down to nutrisystem vs medifast. While both seem to offer similar diet plans and meal replacement menus there are some differences also. For instance on one you can lose one to three pounds per week and the other up to twenty pounds in one month. It doesn’t matter to me which diet she chooses as long as it makes her happy and helps her attain her weight loss goal.
